We are funding this service by using revenue generated by our parent company, and completely separate core business, PetScreening. Even still, we are committed to fund this social mission. Manufacturing customized pet tags, mailing them with paid postage and sending lost and found SMS text alert messages are significant expenses to our company. While our service is free to all pet owners it’s not free to us. That money, instead, could be used by a pet owner to offer a lost pet reward. We stand firm behind our commitment to never charge a pet owner to help their lost pet find its way home.
